1. Art must be dropped off at the appropriate drop off site by date listed. No late entries will be considered for the exhibit. By signing this waiver, you agree to this deadline.

2. Your work MUST be ready to hang. BE SURE YOUR NAME,PRICE AND TITLE ARE ATTACHED TO THE ART (preferably on the back) so I can make up the display cards. If there is no name or no title, you are giving me permission to price your work.  Don't forget to email me a statement if you haven't already.

3. There is a $5 fee for each artist to enter the exhibit and each artist can submit up to four pieces to be juried. Pieces selected will be posted on the message board by title and artist two weeks prior to the show. This fee is nonrefundable, even if you drop out of the exhibit.

4. By signing this waiver, you are agreeing that the DUAG and it affiliates are not responsible for any damaged art. We will take every precaution to ensure your art is handled with the utmost care. However, accidents do happen and we can not be responsible for any such accident.
